Welcome students of SPAN 310! This guide is built for students and faculty to find information and resources for The History, Language and Culture of Food.  This course is designed to examine the language, history and culture of food in any culture with a major focus on Spanish-speaking people in the Caribbean, South America, Spain, and other parts of the world. This course – entirely in Spanish – is designed to help students in reaching an advanced level of linguistic competency in speech and in script, through the topic of culture and food. This course is designed for Advanced Intermediate students of Spanish who have already taken the basic/intermediate grammar course(s). Check out this guide to find helpful resources, videos and other content to help you succeed in this course!
